Schwarz's is a long-established family-run Supper Club started by Ziggy and Evelyn who broiled steaks for guests in their one-room tavern 45 years ago.  The red brick supper club, located in St. Anna near a small Amish settlement, is run today by Ziggy's son, John; his wife, Lisa; and their sons - Charlie; his wife, Stephanie; and Patrick.  They greet their regular and first-time guests and carry on the tradition of serving Prime Steaks and Fresh Seafood.

    Good taste, freshness and simplicity, with attention to detail are the attributes that go into the production of the good food served here at Schwarz's.  We strive to blend traditional hospitality and friendly efficient service, and are proud to have been featured in the "Dining Out" feature of Midwest Living magazine in October, 1997.  In April, 1999, the Milwaukee Journal awarded us 3 stars, and food critic Dennis Getto said:  "The combination of generous portions and reasonable prices goes a long way toward winning hearts and appetites - here in Wisconsin."  In the June 5, 2000, Wisconsin State Journal (Madison, WI), Chris Martell said:  "An unpretentious place to end the day with food you can count on, year after year."  With St. Anna celebrating its 150th anniversary, Schwarz's was featured in "The Holyland" edition of The Reporter (Fond du Lac, WI) on April 29, 2001, saying:  "Serving great food is a family tradition at Schwarz's."

    Our char-broiled steaks are hand-cut daily and are still seasoned with Ziggy's secret blend of seasonings.  Seafood lovers will find a variety of entrees from baked walleye to grilled shrimp and we offer fantastic "Friday Night Seafood Specials."  On every table you'll find the supper club essentials - relish tray, home-style breadsticks and rolls, plus fresh salad dressings.

    May we recommend you enjoy a fine wine or perhaps an appetizer such as our thick-cut, lightly breaded onion rings while waiting for your meal.  We prepare all our food with fresh produce after your order is received in our kitchen, so please bear with us should there be some delay.
